It is a simple tradition of any conquerers to mark significantbuildings with their symbols. This is just his celebration of jewish conquest. But if tthat wasn't enough, he compared it to a nazi flag, adding a "Fuck you nazis, this place does not belong to germans anymore."
But he obviousy does not believe that the defeated deserve any dignifyed life after the conflict. Instead, he believes, that the defeated party deserves ethernal ridicule. In short, he despises you.
