Question for the Linux experts: what takes longer to compile, your average Linux kernel, or the average Firefox/Chromium browser?

@alyx@gameliberty.club imagine people are avoiding to compile browsers while they're fine with compiling the kernel, really. Chromium is the worst of the worst to compile and then Firefox comes next
@alyx @vib It doesn't help that the browser is the all-in-one application running platform. Seeing what it needs to account for, it's not that strange it's so big.
