I mean it's a 4chan post, so take it with some grains of salt, but it's pretty obvious that he/she/it is pulling some stunt with the massive boobs. Even if it's a transwoman, it's clearly trying to push some nerves. It's just not entirely clear what the end goal is.
It could be a man trying to play the system, get fired and sue. Or it could be a transwoman trying to piss off the transphobes and brag that you can't touch her.
