@sjw Okay, gateway is fucked. They're sending me a new one. It should be here on November 2nd.
They'll at least prorate my bill for the days I have no internet.
Comcast never did that.
I once had to pay for two weeks of not having internet because the Comcast guy disconnected my service to connect someone else on the poll and it was two weeks before they could get someone else out there to fix it.
