...I'm pretty sure America has started all those wars via the CIA (replacing the government of Iran with the Shaw, carpet bombing Libya removing a guy the CIA installed, W Bush and Iraq, Afghanistan) .. unless you're trying to say Israel started all of them, and is leaving America to finish them.
