I'd say overall quality is king. But when it comes to videos, that is very subjective. I've seen videos done with 0 budget, awful camera setup, bad editing etc., and yet still had content in it that was worth watching.

So my answer is quality over quantity, but that doesn't mean that even with low effort, whatever you write couldn't qualify.

Rule 63 is basically the gender-bending rule. For any male character, there is a female version of it; and the reverse is true too.
I don't remember the rule requiring it be porn though. So that's where rule 34 comes into play.

Well that makes sense why they're throwing words around to make it sound reasonable.
TBH, maybe if that's the end goal, it wouldn't be that bad. I wouldn't want him running again in 2024 anyway. He'd be waaaay too old. Both him and Biden are on the limit of what I would accept now (or rather in 2020).
Besides, maybe this way he's gonna push Trump Jr. in his place. That could be an interesting show to watch.
