Looks like a mobile interface. So you can select multiple notifications and remove them.

It's also a possibility that too many players were high rank, so they tried to normalize the distribution.

@Mr_NutterButter
I wouldn't be surprised if they accidentally broken their ranking system. Even CSGO does it from time to time.

@Mr_NutterButter
I'm guessing that's their player rating/ladder. In which case, makes sense. They probably could have kept the ratings from the 1st one, but I'm sure it would have had it's own issues, and this way you give everyone an equal playing field.

>We don't go to Ravenholm
>That tunnel is sealed for a reason
And yet she sends you to Ravenholm anyway.

@Terry
Take everything in this guide with a cube of salt. I skimmed through it, and it seems like a pile a trash. Some of the advice are just moronic, like disabling Hardware Acceleration in Chrome or Discord, except that would only make a difference if you're stupid enough to have those open in the background, while playing a demanding game on a potato, in the first place.

And hacking a "Ultimate Performance" profile is again stupid. Use "High performance" if you think you need it, but don't except much difference even going from "Balanced" to "High". Anyone telling you you're gonna see major improvements is lying to you.

And that "High performance" Graphics specifications setting I believe is directly tied to the previous High performance power profile. Or in other words, if you set High performance in your power settings, manually setting the GPU setting for 1 game does nothing.

And I advise you to not use the hex editor hack, as that seems to be an 1 year old thing, an Cyperpunk has gotten patches and updates since then. Don't think that applies anymore.
