I generally think it's a cultural thing. I've seen an insane number of examples of black parents (usually mothers), teaching their children how cops are evil. You get enough of that rhetoric growing up, and it sticks, and you end up doing dumb things. Not to mention that there's a general thug culture that has developed in black communities for decades.
It makes an interesting contrast with Asian honor cultures. In one, you gain status if you can brake the law and avoid law enforcement, in the other you maintain your honor if you literally kill yourself over doing something wrong.

If you had any clue about biology and evolution, you'd probably understand by yourself why chastity is valued in society. But clearly you don't.
But I'll make it simple for you: chastity is valued because hoes sleep around with other men.
Both men and women are biologically driven to spread their DNA to the next generation. A woman has the guarantee that her child has her DNA. A man doesn't have the guarantee that the child born by his wife is his, unless she was a virgin before he fucked her. And even then it's not 100% guarantee, but it's the best a man had before DNA testing was invented.

Though I honestly think the "prevent families from forming" is a side effect. I don't think the people that started doing this were smart enough to figure out this would happen.
I just view it as a "feminists sabotage other women out of self-interest, with complete disregard to what happens to other people or society at large".
It doesn't take a conspiracy theory to fuck up the world, just enough people that don't consider, or care about, the consequences of their actions.
