Imagine being so delusional, having lost contact with reality to such a degree, that you've convinced yourself that because you're transitioning, and you don't have a vagina, that somehow the hormone treatment gives you regular occurring diarrhea as a substitute for periods, and then you also convince yourself into believing it really is the same thing as having a period.

None of that is gonna chance. Manufacturers don't do all that because of IP issues. They do it to invade your privacy and get data.

With or without IPv6, your vacuum is not gonna have it's own public IP. That's not gonna happen. Ever. ISPs will not give you another new IP whenever you buy yourself a new device. Not to mention that IoT manufacturers don't like giving you easy control to things. They want you making an account for their products, and logging everything in to their website.

Even with IPv6, things are gonna be just like they are now: ISPs will give you exactly 1 public IPv6 address. Your home network gives your devices either IPv6 or IPv4 local addresses, and all your IoT smart devices log in to a remote server via phone app.

The difference is we're more than used to the hypocrisy of the elite. We already expect it. It's no longer a surprise.

Those of us wearing the mask during this time do it:
1) irrelevant of whether there is a mandate or not, some of us doing so well before any official government bodies, like CDC, decided on a stance on them

2) we understand if/when/how the mask is useful or not useful and decided for ourselves our own "policy" by which we wear or don't wear the mask. If our personal "policy" is similar in any way to policies determined by government bodies, it is nothing more than a coincidence, as we didn't use declarations from said government bodies to make our decisions

3) we know full well that the "elite" are not gonna wear the mask, but the reality is their behavior will have a minimal impact on me, partly because I'm not connected to the "elite", so I won't interact with them if/when they get sick. And concerning the wider pandemic situation, the hypocrisy of a few tens of thousands, maybe a hundred thousand "elite", is not what is gonna keep the pandemic going in the 300 million Americans, or the 7 billion people worldwide. Number wise, the "elite" are a drop in the bucket. The "elite" getting sick is not gonna fill up the hospitals. I'm more concerned with the countless every day people not taking prevention measures (in general, not just whether they wear a mask or not) than a few jackasses at the Emmys.
