Can't tell for sure if I can tell a difference at 30fps compared to above it, or if the bigger pendulum thing there is just drawing my attention to it.
Also, I had to cover the 15 and 5fps segments with my hand, cause otherwise it was too distracting, and I couldn't focus on anything above.

Not sure if anything changed in Win11, but you can still temporarily disable Windows Defender in Win10, it's just that it keeps activating again, and I honestly don't even know what triggers it to come back.

What I'd do, at the very least, is disconnect any drive I have in the machine, and boot with a Linux live USB (although a live DVD might be preferable). I might also disconnect it from the internet while doing the testing.

The reason/excuse USA used since WWII was basically "with great power comes great responsibility".
Because they saw themselves wielding a great power, American leadership saw themselves responsible for keeping some semblance of peace in the world, so they put their noses in any potential conflict thinking it would help.
Reality proved though that this approach works about as well as UN, which is to say, it doesn't.

I am sympathetic to the general idea of "if you're doing that good as a nation, you have a responsibility to help other countries achieve peace and prosperity too", and I still agree with it on principle, but when USA had so many failed attempts at this, I think it's safe to say: it's time to stop. I won't blame you for not trying. You've tried more than enough times, and you constantly failed miserably. You're only making things worse... please stop America. Please stop...

Maybe, but the people accusing you of being a Nazi have no clue about Hitler or any of his ideas. I have actually no idea. I don't think I've ever heard proper arguments for national-socialism, apart from the stereotypical "muh Juice is ebil!"
