There is some character development for her, but it's pretty slow and basic. You do need to read between the lines a bit to see it. Also, I think it suffers from the Pokemon syndrome, where with every new season, things kinda reset.
But, believe it or not, it's still better than Sailor Moon Crystal when it comes to characters. There's basically no attention given to any of the girls in the remake.

There's a Daggerfall Unity package that has made it onto the GoG store, with a bunch of good mods included. (completely free of course).
Good news: I no longer NEED foobar2000 for a good EQ plugin and a virtual surround headphone experience. Pipewire finally made it possible for me to enjoy good music coming from any program.
Bad news: foobar2000 still has way too many good management features that I've yet to see implemented to the same degree in a Linux app.
But at least now I CAN enjoy some light music listening without going through Wine.
