Who in their right mind even thinks "Clearly being a paraplegic sucks, maybe they wanna die instead."?

Seeing a popular streamer expose a new generation to Age of Empires 2 warms my heart.

@matrix
Don't know what old means for you, and I don't exactly keep track of release dates or x264 to wmv ratios, I just know that wmv has lasted far too long, and I keep stumbling upon it in this niche use case.

@furgar
Not gonna lie, first times I've seen daemon used as a computer term, it scared me a bit.

@matrix
And I haven't seen it as a one-off, every now and then. I see it used often.

@matrix
Only place I've seen wmv used to encode video in recent years has been jav.

@matrix
How come you didn't notice Japan has some weird preference for WMV?

Sounds like the combat system is not what I'm interested in here.

That's all I needed to read really. They've been playing defense for Democrats because they didn't like how 2016 turned out. So anything damaging to Biden, and thus in favor of Trump, was a risk.

Good thread.

Fun fact: the correct way to pronounce Arceus is "JIF".

@deprecated_ii @Binkle
Yeah, today. Apparently there's some performance issue. Bad ratings on steam.

I'm not saying that a lot of them aren't weirdly fitting all the stereotypes, but that's true of all races or ethnicities.

But the difference ultimately is that fixation on past accusations. People see coincidences today, and immediately connect them with past claims of Jews being cabals etc. Most other ethnicities don't have that history to connect today's happenings to.

We can just as easily find coincidences and evidence for power greed for Germans for instance, but at best you could make a connection to the Nazis, and it stops there. That's not a lot of history of "look how evil they are" to be that impactful.
