Now, if someone, whatever is pedophile/MAP/drunk/high/weirdo attempts something against a real child, it deserves the worst, just like any rapist.
There is an "acceptable age range" formula for that. Anything outside that is super weird at most societies, specially on kids.
If you like kids, then I would strongly suggest to watch toddlercon/shotacon/lolicon instead. Drawn art doesn't harm real humans.
