“Assessing competency to consent to sexual activity in the cognitively impaired population”, by a certain Carrie Hill Kennedy. There's no real age where you're independent from the stuff around you, you grow up thinking the same things you were taught as a kid.

If consent is necessary, then it's immoral to force them to spend 1/4th of their lives in school or literally anything else they're forced into. If it's okay because it's for their own good, then the same can be true of marriage.
