When tf are we going to have another thing like Alexa except instead of being the same siri technology we have had for the past 15 years it is actually using AI? That would increase the usefulness of these things tenfold, and we would also be getting closer to joi territory.

@beardalaxy Yeah that's what everyone thought Siri and other "assistants" would be but all it's good for is asking what the weather is while I'm picking out my clothes in the morning. With all the tech now we could totally have our digital butler but all these "AI" assistants are just going to guide us to the best coupon deals at Nordstrom and Macy's and reroute our map directions past the most McDonald'ses and Starbucks'.
