I stopped eating candy and other snacks and counting calories, and I guess I was always propped up calorie-wise by snacks. The past week since I started tracking I keep on ending the day at 1000-1500 calories and I'm just not hungry, even though I'm also going to the gym. So I guess I'll just keep at it and hopefully end up looking nicer, although maybe chugging a protein shake so I don't waste away is a good idea... Just feels strange to have such a sizable caloric deficit and not really be hungry.

@arc whenever I stop drinking soda I drop 10lbs almost instantly and I'm smack dab at healthy weight. Having a good diet is paramount to your health, even beyond just weight loss.
