@Mr_NutterButter horrible sleep schedule. I'm all over the place. Yesterday I went to bed at 5am and woke up at 8am, today I went to bed at 3am and woke up at 7:30am. I napped yesterday and will probably nap today if I get the chance. Few days ago I went to bed at 5am and woke up at 11:30am which was nice for a change and I thought it would help fix things a bit but apparently not.
@Mr_NutterButter for me it's not even a question of not being responsible and going to bed so that I can get enough sleep before I need to wake up. My body has just been fucking me over.
I have minor bipolar (cyclothymia) and I've had the depression part down pretty well for the last 5 years or so, but the mania is what fucks me up now, especially recently.
