@Mr_NutterButter their = possessive, used to refer to something owned by someone whose gender is unknown (otherwise you say her or his) or a group of people
There = lots of uses for this one, if it isn't the other two then it's probably this one
They're = mix of "they are." if "they are" works in a sentence, you can use "they're"
