my second thought is, if you survey adult women how many will express a preference for (consensual, obviously) physical aggression to at least *some* degree? probably a significant fraction. there's data of varying reputability on this stuff floating around but I don't have it to hand

are you sure you're responding to what I actually said though? I didn't refer to any of the variety of things commonly portrayed in porn, only to how a particular sexual preference might be distributed in the population at large. and I explicity noted that degree was important
