@arcana @icedquinn @LukeAlmighty @a7 @BlinkRape i liked the combat of witcher 3 specifically because i could fudge it and i get some sort of sick enjoyment when i can play a game in a way that makes everything completely broken lol. i didn't fast travel at all and took pretty much every side quest i found along the way, it was a good time. i didn't find the main story engaging at all, it was all the little side stuff going on with the world that i enjoyed a lot more and that became inspiration for my video game.
with cyberpunk, i'm just a huge fan of the aesthetic and the melee combat was pretty fucking fun, i loved going into a stealth mission with my high body stat and just driving a burning car into a group of people, watching it explode, then slicing everyone else up with a katana xD
@beardalaxy @icedquinn @LukeAlmighty @a7 @BlinkRape Totally fair tbh. We liked The Witcher 2 best out of that trilogy.
And Cyberpunk’s combat looks cool, I will admit. It was just so janky when we tried it shortly after launch that we lost all interest.
