@Mr_NutterButter that comes with the culture of the people in general though, not necessarily the government. The culture of the people in the west would absolutely erode the fabric of society of the government didn't even remotely stand in the way.
@beardalaxy @Mr_NutterButter you're nuts if you think government positions on those sorts of issues are taking for any end purpose besides continuing to lock people into endless ineffectual culture war to become distracted from how everything is to the end of supporting elite lifestyles
