Whoops I haven't eaten for 16 hours on accident

@smoldoll okay well we're both gonna eat right now because it's not healthy xD

@smoldoll well the gun will fire by itself, so i'm telling you that you should eat an unloaded DEEP FRIED gun if you won't eat any meat. i think that's what vegans eat right?

@beardalaxy im not vegan and im also not eating thx tho
You keep sleeping strangely so that's to be expected. I suffer from similar problems but apparently not to the level you do. It's a bitch anyway. Not knowing when you'll just suddenly run out of energy, getting mood swings, finding energy out of nowhere and not being able to make use of it. So much work to do to figure out the cycles and effects and timings and on top of that, everyone's different.

Kinda felt like bitching a little there, ahem

@Corfiot i have cyclothymia (mood disorder similar to bipolar) so i'll have manic/depressive periods that switch around faster than bipolar does but aren't usually as bad. so my energy level can vary quite rapidly. often times i'll get 8 hours of sleep, show up to work and be super tired the whole day, and then right when i get home i'll be super jazzed and unable to sleep at all and end up staying awake for 24 hours or some shit, which fucks me over later.

tuesday night i only slept a couple of hours, so you'd think i would be 100% dead but i only took a 40 minute nap when i got home that i had to force myself to take and that was all the sleep i had for 24 hours. didn't feel tired at all. i've been this way since middle school. staying up past bedtime was punishable though and my mom checked on us every night as part of her OCD routine so i'd always just have to pretend to be asleep.

it's a very fun time. i am glad that i have mostly been able to deal with the depression aspect of it for a while now, but the moments where my energy goes bonkers still fucks me up. sometimes i actually feel like there's a little electric current coursing through me.

Similar situation here. Slept 3 hours this evening, 3 hours yesterday at dawn, 4 hours day before that, slightly sleepy now at 4:51am, full of energy this morning (wtf). Average sleep time per 24 hours this past 4 weeks = 5 hours max.

Getting to sleep with a schedule that fits with society is an actual task I have to program, people never know when to call me, they feel awkward cause I'll be sleeping at 11:00 or 12:00 or 18:00 or whatever.

Must be different than your issues tho cause I can't bring myself to GO to bed. Once I get there, I almost always sleep. Also, depression symptoms always around the corner if I don't organize my sleep at least a little, sudden doom and gloom onset, not pretty but as I said, one learns to tell what's real and what's not. It's sometimes bizarrely interesting to watch yourself turn depressed all of a sudden, like a switch. Thank god for family, friends and work, I don't think I'd have made it alone.
