@LukeAlmighty it's so sad, man. it's sad when you tell a person not to hate themselves and an adult jumps down your throat telling you not to tell them that (legitimately happened to me in high school). it's all for the adults to look good for their fellow adults, not to actually help these kids who get fucked over in the process. that's always kind of been the case, it's just worse now because it's not like kids are learning useful skills or anything that their parents are forcing them to learn, they're just lost, confused, and sad.
