i'll probably never play runescape again, i can't stand the progression. i'll always have fond memories of it from playing it as a kid with my friends (and grandpa lol) though.
the game is from a bygone era where devs had such an incredible outpouring of love for their games and the people who played them. you can feel that passion when you play it for sure. the game has soul. i don't think i'll be able to say that about a whole lot of games coming out these days when i look back 15 years from now.

@beardalaxy Summoning and Dungeoneering and some major quests and minigames. It's like a four year difference. I think OSRS just wasn't the right time for the snapshot, being 2007... but they have added on a lot so it's like it's own thing now. One day maybe I'll start up OSRS again and get things to my RS3 levels...
