I've never gotten the whole "eye contact" thing, especially during dumb conversations with friends and shit. Feels weird as fuck. Asian people don't do the eye contact shit either from what I hear and it's probably unnatural unless talking to a significant other. I truly wonder if it's something ancient humans had done or if it's just some modern bullshit.
