I have been with my parents for the last few days, so holding any kind of portion control was quite a hell, but I am happy to report, that I did manage to lose weight even though they spent entire day talking non-stop about what food should I eat :D

Right now, I am 50 days into a new diet, and the average loss rate is 136g of weight PER DAY!!!

It seems, that all of the random jumps are completely gone now, and I am at a "linear progression" phase.

Don't worry guys, I still haven't given up, but thanks to a series of unfortunate events, I was unable to keep up with the process for some time, and the weight kinda explodes.

But now, I feel confident, that I will be back in no time.

@LukeAlmighty I feel ya, my friend I go to the gym with is out of town this week and we had to skip Saturday and Thursday because of Thanksgiving! Almost two weeks with no gym... Ouch. Gonna have to do some stuff with my dumbbells in the morning.
