@KaiserKitty how would you compare the difficulty to shovel knight? i remember raging a little bit at it lol, felt like classic nes difficulty but i still liked the game.

@beardalaxy way harder then shovel its like controls of the gbc zeldas but with them openness and lack of map with Zelda one. Shovel knight is very easy compared to real retro games, too Nintendo opium for my tastes. Mina is more hardcore and Freeform.

There are ways to make the game easier via explicit easy modes which remove achievements (this is making liberals seethe lol) or, like souls, using specific builds or upgrades to make the combat easier.

@beardalaxy the other day i saw a video by some guy complaining that they delivered on all of their kickstarter promises despite it taking a lot more money than they raised, and also gave extra rewards to the backers for free, which is the weirdest reason to hate someone
