Note this does create a bit of a bias, as you can see the unvaccinated are below 0%, this is because the people who refused are more likely to be young and reasonably healthy, more so than the general population.
That is why the first dose deaths is so high, since the elderly were prioritized, but died anyway.
Even when this bias is accounted for, the numbers are still catastrophic.
