@Hyperhidrosis There are several issues with this.
1 it's a buyer's market, employers can have their pick, that's the real problem, and this is a patchwork solution to that.
Remove kebab, throw all the immigrants out, it becomes a seller's market, problem no longer exists.
Additionally, companies in some states, and all companies that are publicly traded, are incentivized to constantly seem to be hiring.
So they have job ads that are fake, you get the interview, but you won't get the job, because they don't really need anyone.
Sometimes they get tax deductions for hiring, and public companies will have their investors panic if they ever stop hiring, so they keep posting jobs for positions that don't actually exist.
Now if I could sue a company for wasting my time and money, since a transaction is considered a contract, and if some whistle blower proves that the job wasn't real and I never had a chance, then it's fraud.
But that's not going to happen, so...
Hard pass for me.
@merchantHelios Injera is just crapes (thin pancakes), every culture has some variation of that.
The Ethiopian version usually has some monkey slop on it, but beyond that, it looks like something we already have.
Also it's a bit porous, which is similar to some Russian and East European versions, AKA Blini.
Ghee is just clear butter with some spices, we have that too.
OP is on drugs or something.
Shame.
I draw, code, and make memes sometimes.
