No major news network reported on this at the time, or even on the outcome.
The culprits were represented anonymously as "John Does", and the leader of the movement didn't even show up in court, resulting in a default ruling.

@bronze @Rasterman yes. Main problem with Brazil is that due to the way it was colonized and how the powers to be work, what is considered "Brazilian culture" and is exported out and shoved down the throats of everyone is all nigger shit from Rio de Janeiro or the northeast region.
