The dirty little secret is that there's not a lot the US can do. They straight-up don't have the capacity to do a whole lot to Iran. It does appear as if the tollbooth is quietly back in spite of Iran continuing to hit tankers passing through the Oman route, with the US turning a blind eye because it needs the oil on the market. This isn't enough oil to keep the markets afloat indefinitely(about 10% of normal traffic) but it slows the reserve countdown a bit. So the US can't starve out Iran because it starves faster, it can't KO energy infrastructure because Iran can destroy more and faster, it can't really launch effective bombing campaigns because of a lack of munitions and destroyed frontline bases, it can't even begin to attempt ground ops for the same reason, it can't leave because of Israel and Orange Faggot's ego, and it can't even wait because the oil countdown is well underway. There's going to be major historical happenings, but just like 2020, they're all gonna be slow and gay and boring and retarded instead of fun.
