I wonder sometimes, how artists feel about this sort of thing.
Spend months pouring your heart out... nothing.
Chase trends... nothing.
Make meme song about bread... 5.4M views, magnum opus, literally highlight of your career, never to be repeated.
I wonder what she thinks about that.
Come to think of it @FelonyCommitter had a similar thing with "Fed Post [Redacted]", real banger that one.
Is it better to have peaked, than never glimpsed greatness at all?
Or does the peak beckon, like some Lovecraftian creation, pushing you to outdo yourself again and again, an unending destructive obsession with satisfaction always hovering just out of reach.
I should write a D&D campaign about this. 🤔
