@irie i'm guessing what happened is that, with so many agents on one guy, the one who shot him thought that the one who pulled the gun out was actually the guy pulling it instead of the agent. then, when that other object drops, the shooter in a split second thought he had dropped the gun and was reaching for it so he kept shooting. really shitty situation.
it's easy to say he shouldn't have shot when you slow it down and stabilize it and view it in third person from just the right angle... but if you are in a scuffle with a guy who is fighting back and you see a gun, and you see a hand reach for that gun and take it out... man i'd probably fuckin shoot too. so many people say "they shouldn't be doing law enforcement if they can't handle the pressure" but the pressure is a LIFE OR DEATH SITUATION that nobody criticizing them has ever been in and hopefully will never have to be in.
anyone who conceal carries knows that literally the FIRST thing you tell an approaching officer is that you have a firearm on you. you shouldn't be out there getting in their way and then resisting arrest when they pile on you period, let alone with a gun. play stupid games, win stupid prizes. rip bozo.
