@echo @k all the times i've used Linux on my laptop everything works out of the box (at least with debian and *buntu based distros). The problem is that my computer has a chipset and video card that linux hates for some reason, and never could make it perform as good as wit W7, so i stuck wit it.

@echo @k that's what i get for pretending that i know how to fix a laptop...

welp, i will have to replace the computer.
