@stefan i followed a tutorial that's on a series of tweets that i can't find right now, gonna check a bit later if i have the links in my computer and post them later.

But the essential technique is using eevee of course, a simple toon shader on all objects, render at low resolution at only one sample and then scaling the renders up to your desired final resolution using nearest neighbor.

Now that i have my computer back, let me see if i can finish that pending project, because i have other big blender project that i wanna start now and finish in september.
