I cannot recommend Startpage because i tried to use it some time ago and none of the search results were very useful to me, even if they say that they are getting them from Google itself.

@LukeAlmighty I mean, Yandex is an option if you are aware that after all is Russian Google.

I've also heard one thing or two about Brave Search but... it's Brave, so don't expect too much privacy.

@jeffcliff i just hope Yandex itself doesn't end up being censored by ISPs or at higher levels over here.
