this just speaks volumes to me, about how even when you think your life is pretty set in a particular path, it can always change up when you meet the right people, or pursue that one errant opportunity. it's never over 'til it's done. estelle is in her early 40s now but look at what has changed, even halfway through life! and it really only is the halfway point, isn't it? 40 sounds so old sometimes, but putting it into perspective, that's only halfway.
@NorthernBaron @hideki @numi the novel is certainly more hardcore lol, and also insanely funny. its short enough to read in a single night.
