So my VPS host is now complaining that someone did a web form attack from my exit node. Like what am I supposed to do now? I can't block port 443. That's HTTPS.
@valiant
It's https://hicoria.com, but I'm probably going to have to switch if this continues or they finally make up their mind if I can run a Tor exit node or not.
@matrix lmfao, did you not get permission or did they just switch up? Iâve seen a ton of exitâs on companies like Online SAS and confused how they get away with it. Iâm guessing you hold strict policies but have the vitals like 443? Abuse reports must be kinda rare I guess ð
@valiant I asked and they never gave me a clear answer.
@sampo
Yeah nah. That would nuke my connection and I would need a public IP, plus I'm pretty sure that's against the ToS of many commercial grade connections.
@matrix I ran Tor for a quite some time, but I never was brave enough to have exit node. In my opinion having it can even get you to jail. Dangerous stuff.
@Mac_CZ
I think that the cops get it.
It would also set a bad precedent.
@matrix That's wishfull thinking.
@matrix lololol, that sounds great. What host? I run like 5 tor nodes but no exits.
