@ChristiJunior @matrix Objectively it's a lot cheaper to pay the Chinese to implement pollution-reducing technologies already in use in the West than it is to try to reduce already relatively low emissions in the US. It's not about blame, it's about the fact that all emissions go into the same atmosphere, and cutting them in the most cost-efficient way means focusing on places like China and India rather than Western nations. Economics matters an awful lot when it applies to people who aren't wealthy Swedes.
