I'm currently trying to image a drive with 4129680 bad sectors on it so I can try pulling data off that image.
@matrix I have a disk with bad sectors. I was too lazy to fix it, so I kept it for about 5 years now waiting for "a right time" to fix it.

I'm lucky because I never owned a drive that died. I still have a 10 year old drive that has barely any bad sectors.
This one is in my dad's work laptop.
