@matrix i'm a leftie but "there is no such thing as unskilled work" types make me cringe. just because a job is equally necessary doesn't make it equally difficult.
@matrix the part about med students is true though, it's crazy how much debt they're saddled with and discourages then from going into lower paying but often more valuable fields
