The Twitch community guidelines is a perfect example what's wrong with the world

@matrix
Pay very close attention to the semantics of the last sentence.

Be very afraid if even a comma shows up.

We are one character away from suspensions on twitch for something said a decade ago on Twitter

@r000t @matrix even more ridiculous, calling some twitch nigger a nigger on the street would get you prebanned.

@matrix
I've been told up down and all around, 8 ways to Sunday, by someone intimately familiar with Twitch internal policy, that there's absolutely no way busybodies on fedi could get me popped on twitch for disagreeing with fedi's chosen people

I have a very hard time keeping that faith.

@matrix So basically anything slightly politically incorrect is banned.
@ArdanianRight @matrix Basically anything slightly in touch with reality and common sense is banned.
@ArdanianRight @matrix Pretty heavily censored (I don't think you can say nigger there), but people like Ralph managed to make a living on the site, so it's at least better than Twitch. I think @rasterman uses Dlive a fair bit.
@ChristiJunior @ArdanianRight @matrix I use it every day to watch the replays of Killstream and/or Warski; but the times I've been there on time to catch a stream live could be counted with the fingers of one hand.

Ralph got a temporary ban for playing a video of Frank Hassle saying "faggot". Didn't even say it himself nor someone live there on the stream. Warski complains that you can't say Nigger, faggot, Kike, dyke, show violence and a bunch of other shit. Warski had to stop a Sam Hyde video last night because of one word, too, while saying that Nick Fuentes says "faggot" all the time and doesn't get in trouble.

If true, there seems to be a double standard on Dlive.

It's not supremely faggy like Twitch, but it's not an ideal place, either.
@ChristiJunior @matrix @rasterman So it's usable but you can't go quite as edgy as you might like. Twitch at this point is looking like a total cesspool.

@ArdanianRight @matrix Have they banned words like "stupid", "crazy", "dumb" or "lame" yet? SJWs are slowly turning these into slurs.

@matrix Is it? I opened it and got the Spanish version. A quick search didn't yield the results I was looking for but it might be different phrasing.

@orekix @rasterman Yeah, but I have Czech Twitch and I still get an English version

@matrix @orekix You know what that means? There are no rules for the Czech. Go nuts, buddy! Untouchable!

@rasterman @orekix There are. They are the same, but I don't get redirected to them.

@matrix @orekix @rasterman >Czech
You should be glad that Twitch offered you anything at all, Czegger
@Nukie @matrix @orekix @rasterman ah, sorry
frankly I'm not even Czech, just couldn't resist
@matrix so, all of that pog shit they came up with is banned now? Meaning there's no point in going there because who the fuck even watches streams?
@matrix wow that's a lot of rules, with weirdly carved-out exceptions.
