This is bad. Google is completely getting rid of unlimited storage for education and making the baseline 100TB per institution.
I have over 120TB on my university account....
I need to work on moving that to some place I own. Or just say goodbye to it, because it's just ROMs.

@1iceloops123 So, that's like 6k USD worth of just drives without redundancy.
@hj I think it took several months to upload.
@matrix just another reminder that you don't really have any control over anything you don't actually own. #FuckGoogle
@cereal NO!
@LukeAlmighty @cereal How? I though basically every uni has Google For Education and Cesnet offers Owncloud to universities.
@longyap
Yeah, we get Microsoft accounts too. I think Microsoft never offered unlimited storage.
@longyap
ROMs
@rasterman
ROMs of basically everything. From the Commodore PET (I think, I don't remember what's the oldest there) to like 2018 PS4.
It most of Alvro's collection with big part of Nintendo stuff missing that I didn't manage to download in time.
@rasterman
It's just ISOs or PKGs
@rasterman It's the games, for playing
@rasterman It has, but I have no clue how you do it to yours. I think you can pirate games.
So the cheapest storage server on czech-server has 14 drive spaces which makes it not enough for even RAID 5, so that means you need two which also means a 10GB NIC. That's 100k CZK for 1, using the cheapest 10TB drives they have. So that's 200k CZK.
Well, RIP Alvro's ROM collection.
