although all he had to say was "<0.1% of sales"
@apropos @matrix it said auto reported, meaning it crashed by far the most on loonix
@shpuld @apropos @matrix I’m wondering how this number compares to proton. Because for many games, running windows version in proton is far more stable experience than native.
@newt @shpuld @matrix from the perspective of gamedevs, proton working well is just more reason to not bother supporting Linux. They can play the Windows release? Well then let's just have a Windows release.
@apropos @shpuld @matrix and I wholeheartedly support them. The native versions of older games like Neverwinter Nights don’t even work in modern distros. Meanwhile, the windows version works in proton just fine.

Yeah, I know about nwn enhanced or remasters of other titles. But they aren’t always available.
@matrix when someone says "graphics issues on linux" it means nvidia. it's gotta be nvidia. even if you have an amd card it's nvidia's fault somehow.
@matrix > how dare they provide all this useful debugging information
