That's the end goal of this specific paranoia, the complete and absolute take over of the youth, to destroy the gentiles propaganda and miscegenation are simply not enough
But if you manage to get all the youth controlled by a paramilitary regime, segregated into camps and then punish all those who merely wish to be with eachother, you can purge an entire race in a generation or less
