Yep, finally it makes sense. Although I'm fairly certain that Euro countries have higher VAT and income taxes than the US so they might do it to compensate that.
@matrix didnt they do the same price for rtx 3080 msrp too?

I dunno. I'm quite certain USD MSRP doesn't include VAT but no clue about EUR

Although afaik Europe has higher taxes and more hidden taxes.
