@AnimeTradCath @matrix Tbh I didn't pay that much attention to the story stuff as I was having that much fun with the game itself. all I remember is the 2 heroes being "subtly gay" and I think Apollo or Hermes being fruity.
I'm concerned it's going to be much worse this time around

@AnimeTradCath @matrix it's fun, would recommend. If you ever played Bastion it's similar to that in terms of game play but it's got rouguelite mechanics this time around

@MisterLister @AnimeTradCath @matrix Haven't done Hades, but played through Bastion, Pyre, and Transistor. Out of those Transistor was the best to me.
Great combat system and art style, and the story is anti-pozzed. A white heterosexual couple prevent a set of four bosses (three of whom are gay) from smoothing out the world.
