I don't know what does, but he got e-famous for dunking on people saying economy is bad and on "nazis" and then he ran in the Minnesota general election and lost and then he had a meltdown over Grok describing how he's going to break into his house and rape him, even went on local tv with it. Basically he feeds the trolls.
