does the concept of a "world language" even work? Any country not closely tied to anglo culture in some way (by losing wars against them) doesn't really seem to make it work.
, plus it's using Bluetooth which is trash for tracking position and distance. It's not like the government hasn't been making efforts to more effectively track people.
