See Japan, you can do representation without ugly bastards

@VD15 I understand. This is the first time I care enough about an anime to read the source.
Btw here the manga isn't good from what I've seen, but I haven't read it nor do I intend to. The anime is really good but they leave out a lot of the world and character building that's gonna matter in later seasons, so I'm a bit cautious, but I hope that the anime gets more seasons.

@VD15
You should read the novel, but the anime is great too

At the higher end and in places the corporate or the government pays it for you the value is extremely fucked in every product category

@cereal
It's also handicapped by having to run Windows for ARM in a VM, because of Microsoft or by Apple not supporting industry standards like Vulkan.

@beardalaxy
It's that and due to the software. But the M1 Pro is really competent at video encoding and decoding so it's nice for editing video.

The new MacBook Pro's are absolutely insane. They have a solid gaming performance despite the games being emulated.

I'd like to see these papers. Do you have them? Do you have the names of the papers? As I said when discussing Hall (1995) ( https://freespeechextremist.com/notice/ABS6jYOAA6jXXpo6i0 ), I am skeptical of claims like this. They tend to get passed around without anyone looking at them, and sometimes they turn out to be complete horseshit. (As far as the case of Mr. and Mrs. Johns, it's a little ridiculous: nobody would have written anything about them if it was a typical occurrence in the 1930s.)
